Securely pack the unused tiles in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all interlocking edges are protected.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
